MasterTouring was founded by Newcastle AU based mixing engineer, music producer and educator Allon Silove.

“Australia is a long way from the rest of the world and as music industry professionals, we often miss out on many of the learning and sharing opportunities that occur in places like the US, UK, Europe and Asia. I want to rectify that by making Australia an attractive option for some of the best minds and talents in the industry to come here and share what they do while also enjoying our amazing country!"

Allon was the Director of the 90Degree Studio ( a part of Musos Corner) for 5 years, taught at TAFE NSW for over 8 years and has worked in the Australian music industry as a touring musician, composer, producer and engineer for over 20 years.
